Kathy spent her consulting years as Vice President at Pearl Meyer, a compensation consulting firm, and more recently, she served as the Director of Compensation for a global bank in Southern California.   Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
