Her work centers on caregiver utilization, scheduling discipline, and building the operating structure required to turn demand into revenue. Josie is known for quickly diagnosing operational breakdowns that most agencies normalize—underutilized caregivers, inconsistent shift coverage, slow starts to care, and a lack of visibility into the pipeline and capacity.
